Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with at least 2 years; or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred: Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering degree.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing production problems and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical expertise and support related to manufacturing.
Incorporate new methods and processes to improve operations.
Train production personnel in new or existing operations.
Design layout of equipment and workspaces.
Prepare reports on manufacturing performance and trends.
