Job summary

Red's All Natural, LLC in North Sioux City, SD seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement & Industrial Engineering Engineer to lead Lean manufacturing and process improvements across a 300- to 500-person facility.

You will champion 5S, standard work, TPM, autonomous maintenance, and capital projects, partnering with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, and equipment uptime.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Operations Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of manufacturing/IE/process improvement/operational excellence experience.
Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Kaizen).
Experience with 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen Events, SOP Development, Root Cause Analysis, Visual Management.
Experience managing projects from planning through implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficient with Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout the facility.
Drive and sustain plant-wide 5S programs and visual workplace standards.
Facilitate kaizen events focused on productivity, quality, safety, capacity, and cost reduction.
Identify and eliminate waste using Lean principles.
Conduct value stream mapping and develop future-state process designs.
Support establishment of continuous improvement culture through employee engagement and training.
