Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, or a Masters in a technical or business discipline with BS in IE/ISyE and less than 2 years of experience.
• Collaborative engineering environment experience
• Proficiency in make/buy decisions, equipment requirements, process definition, layout, tooling, takt time, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity planning and support Make vs. Buy with capacity analysis.
• Design work center layouts to ensure safety and on-time delivery.
• Develop facility layouts in AutoCAD and support Lean improvements.
• Analyze run times, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Develop production constraints visuals and metrics to reduce span time.
