• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support data collection and analysis for process optimization projects.
• Help develop and implement minor process changes.
• Participate in time and motion studies to improve workflow efficiency.
• Create and update process documentation and SOPs.
• Learn Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles under supervision.
• Collaborate with production floor personnel to understand challenges.
• Support testing and implementation of new equipment or modifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to team efforts and assist with various tasks as needed.
