Job summary

Arconic, Davenport, IA, is seeking an Industrial Engineering internship to provide a challenging, hands-on learning experience in a dynamic plant environment.

Interns shadow and assist groups, research projects, and gain hands-on experience with real-world quality systems, culminating in a mid-summer presentation. Eligible students pursue an IE degree with a 3.0+ GPA and must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer 2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related or applicable discipline.
• Must have an expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, along with an overall level of expertise in MS Office environments.
