Job summary

Arconic Corporation in Iowa is seeking an Engineering Intern in Mechanical Engineering to gain hands-on experience with real-world mechanical systems on our plant floor.

You will shadow and assist engineering teams, complete assigned projects, and develop a mid-summer presentation outlining findings and solutions to teams across the organization. This paid internship offers practical growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the ITAR. Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expected graduation dates between December 2027, and June 2028.
