Job summary

Kronos is seeking Industrial Engineering contractors to document time standards and production processes, focusing on stability and lean improvements. You will observe build processes and propose enhancements while engaging with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations as a proactive, collaborative team member.

• Exposure and/or experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
• Experience performing work observations and time studies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and time standards.

Our Industrial Engineering contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• Exposure and/or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
• Experience performing work observations and time studies.

Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
• Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
