Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Experience performing work observations and time studies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document time standards for production processes.
• Observe build processes and identify improvements.
• Develop standards to support new scheduling software.
• Analyze value-added vs non-value-added steps and report risks.
