SEKISUI Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement at our Renton, WA facility.

You will lead process design, tooling selection, and layout improvements across production lines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations, tool and fixture design principles, and industrialization principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with composites manufacturing or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing process plans, routings, operation sequences, and process flow diagrams.
• Define tooling, fixtures, gauges, and workstations, and support design, procurement, validation, and implementation.
• Lead or participate in manufacturability reviews, PFMEA, risk assessments, and control-plan development.
• Conduct time studies and determine labor standards and line-balancing requirements.
• Support process qualification, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
