Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Four+ years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, piping, or pipe supports.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resources for assigned projects.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specs, and manufacturing instructions for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Translate customer and engineering requirements into clear manufacturing instructions; release to shop.
• Analyze methods, cycle times, material flow, capacity, and utilization to identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct time studies and improve standard work, documentation, and planning inputs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Quality Control to support projects.
