Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to find efficiency gains.
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste.
Conduct capacity planning, labor utilization, and performance studies to inform decisions.
Evaluate facility layouts, equipment usage, and material flow for effectiveness.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and engineering teams on improvements.
Use data analysis tools to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Support inventory control and production planning through process analysis.
