Based in Juncos and onsite, you will partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering to drive data‑driven improvements using Excel, Power BI, and Minitab, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Experience analyzing processes and implementing improvements.
• Knowledge of production systems and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and operational metrics.
• Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Conduct capacity planning, labor utilization, and performance studies.
• Evaluate facility layouts and material flow to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on operational improvements.
• Support inventory control and production planning through process analysis.
