Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Belton, MO is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to leverage expert-level skills across warehouse, fulfillment, and automation to lead high-impact projects. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, facility layout, and project management to drive continuous improvement, partner with operations leaders, and deliver standardized reporting and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
3–5+ years of experience in logistics and distribution processes.
Lean/Continuous Improvement experience in warehouse environments preferred.
Green Belt certification (or higher) a plus.
Travel up to 40% within the United States.

Responsibilities

Drive standardization across engineering functions including slotting and automation.
Partner with site managers to support continuous improvement and operations excellence.
Validate engineering solutions for sales proposals and pricing changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Develop reporting on program status and resource planning.
Share engineering best practices across operations.
Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Support company-wide strategic initiatives.
