Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with MOST and intermediate/advanced skill in Labor Management System
• Detail oriented with creative problem solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with AutoCad

Responsibilities

• Apply IE principles: ergonomics, labor standards, time studies, data analysis, and finance
• Analyze distribution processes to identify efficiency improvements
• Conceptual design and layout of new processes with productivity, capacity, cost and schedule estimates
• Lead small to medium projects with project management skills
• Use data analysis with relational databases and statistics
• Assist in material handling equipment design, procurement, and installation
• Implement engineering labor standards and the LMS
• Represent the engineering team on cross-functional project teams
• Communicate with business partners, team members and vendors
• Educate junior engineers
