Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer for Liquid Cooling Server Manufacturing at our Florence, KY facility. You will develop and implement production methods, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives for liquid-cooled server and rack systems.

The role covers NPI, ramp, and ongoing ops with hands-on floor presence. The ideal candidate has experience in data center/server hardware manufacturing with liquid cooling, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with liquid-cooled technology in data center/server hardware preferred.
• Proficiency with process control systems, instrumentation, and sensors.
• Experience with DMAIC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pressure testing procedures for liquid cooling assemblies to validate system integrity and leak prevention.
• Improve manufacturability, reduce cycle times, and enhance reliability of liquid cooling assemblies.
• Develop and implement leak testing processes for liquid cooling assemblies to ensure system integrity and safety.
• Implement and optimize cooling and fluid handling processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production and liquid-cooling workflows to maximize throughput and quality.
• Design, configure, and monitor process performance during manufacturing and operations.
• Maintain detailed process documentation including work instructions and control plans.
• Implement process improvements to reduce energy consumption and waste while maintaining quality.
• Monitor key process parameters and address deviations promptly.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and support preventive maintenance.
• Develop and manage a maintenance plan for process equipment and assets.
• Collaborate with EHS to develop SOPs for safety and waste handling.
• Conduct CTQ analyses and risk assessments for process steps.
