Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks an experienced Quality Engineer IV to lead the quality strategy for liquid-cooled servers and racks. You will deliver robust QA across NPI to sustaining, drive improvement, and mentor cross-functional teams on quality practices.

The role requires hands-on floor engagement, strong analytical skills, and experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP/FAI, MSA, SPC, and DMAIC/8D. Travel up to ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering for cloud/data-center hardware.
• Hands-on experience on a manufacturing floor with liquid-cooled technology.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8D/A3 investigations on returns/complaints and drive CAPA actions.
• Establish SPC on critical processes; monitor FPY, DPPM, escapes.
• Own QMS leadership for ISO 9001:2015 processes and readiness for audits.
• Define CTQs, PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP/FAI for NPI and ramp stages.
