Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Industrial Engineer II for our Store Support Centre in the US. The role focuses on delivering accurate process standards at the distribution center and supporting management on special projects.

You will analyze data, optimize layouts and work methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost control. The position requires 5–8 years in supply chain operations, strong Excel/SQL skills, and experience with production standards and MHE

Qualifications

• Education in STEM; Master’s preferred in related field.
• 5–8 years minimum of relevant experience with supply chain operations.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access; SQL and/or AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience with project management in a fast-paced environment and multiple large-scale projects.
• Background in work measurement programs (Labor Management, Engineering Labor Standards).
• Knowledge of MHE specification including conveyors, racks and sortation systems.
• Ability to translate forecasts into facility design and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Articulate process opportunities from DC Operations to identify improvement areas.
• Forecast inbound/outbound volumes and track DC KPIs and fulfillment roadmap.
• Access reporting systems to mine data and recommend improvements.
• Develop engineered production standards with DC Operations for safety and accuracy.
• Evaluate new layouts with throughput analysis for DCs with mid-level automation.
• Track KPIs, share best practices across DCs, and report performance.
