Job summary

lululemon’s Global Engineering team is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to support DC operations with data-driven process standards, work layout, and methods development. You will partner with management to drive continuous improvement and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across inbound and outbound flows.

The role requires 5–8 years of supply chain experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, and the ability to analyze KPIs, develop engineered production standards, and deliver impactful

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Master's degree preferred in equivalent field of study.
  • 5-8 years minimum of relevant experience with Supply Chain operations.
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience; Proficient in SQL and/or AutoCAD.
  • Experience with project management in a fast paced environment, working on multiple, large scale projects at a time.
  • Strong background in work measurement programs such as Labor Management and Engineering Labor Standards; adept at MHE specification including power equipment, conveyor systems, and picking methodologies.
  • Ability to translate forecasts into facility design and present to management.

Responsibilities

  • Open communication from DC Operations to articulate process vs goals for opportunities.
  • Forecast inbound/outbound volumes, KPIs, and strategic initiatives with DC teams.
  • Access reporting systems to mine data and recommend improvements.
  • Develop engineered production standards with DC Operations to ensure safety and accuracy.
  • Evaluate new layouts with throughput analysis for mid-level MHE automation.
  • Track KPIs, share best practices across DCs, and report work performed by associates.
  • Provide technical support and training to maximize productivity and control costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support network-wide initiatives.
