Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Process Engineer II to join the Distribution Engineering team. You will partner with distribution leadership to design and optimize center processes, lead Lean events, and drive standardization across the campus while collaborating with IT and automation teams.

Required 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong data analytics, and practical knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant business or technical experience.
• Working knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, control, and optimize distribution center processes.
• Analyze process data to identify opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean events across distribution centers.
• Standardize processes across the distribution center campus per global standards.
• Collaborate with IT, WMS, and automation teams to define process requirements.
