Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management.
• 2+ years as Industrial/Production Engineer in a factory environment; familiarity with Lean concepts.
• Experience with Python, SAS, VBA, SQL and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating and recovery plans.
• Create models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics to customers.
• Improve processes to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs and improve quality using Lean concepts.
• Support projects with data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze value streams, capacity, throughput, and logistics to optimize production.
• Gather data from various departments to support process improvements.
