Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse design, or process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts; MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment capacity based on forecasted demand, product design changes, current equipment, and performance.
• Establish standards for process routings and create new routings according to those standards.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and data to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Document and establish work measurement programs; analyze work samples to develop labor and material utilization standards.
• Communicate with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project work within the department and with other departments to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Establish continuous improvement goals and execute action plans.
