GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to lead strategic projects focusing on material-system designs to improve flow, reduce waste, and boost manufacturing efficiency. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.

You will develop floor layouts, plan expansions, optimize delivery routes, and manage Kanban/PFEP programs while leading cross-functional teams to meet objectives and ROI targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3-4 years of IE experience OR a high school diploma with at least 6 years in Industrial Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong problem solving and project management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain floor layouts and market designs for efficient material flow.
• Plan and execute expansion projects to improve space utilization and line delivery.
• Design and optimize material delivery routes and evaluate automation opportunities (AGV, AMR).
• Lead material presentation modeling and design for line-side racks and transport devices.
• Own Kanban and PFEP standard and process for areas of responsibility.
• Act as project charter owner and develop milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
