The candidate will develop floor layouts, plan expansions, optimize routes, and lead cross-functional problem-solving to deliver measurable ROI. A background in Industrial Engineering and Six Sigma certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in industrial engineering and process improvement.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain floor layouts and market designs for efficient material flow.
• Plan and execute expansion projects to improve space utilization and line delivery.
• Design and optimize material delivery routes and evaluate automation opportunities (AGV, AMR).
• Own Kanban and PFEP standards for areas of responsibility.
• Lead project plans and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of objectives.
• Track KPIs such as travel time, labor productivity, space utilization, and material-handling cost.
