Job summary

Actalent is seeking a manufacturing automation and material-flow engineer to plan and develop automation solutions, optimize layouts, and define delivery strategies to improve performance at the Lake Orion site. You will coordinate with plant teams, engineers, and suppliers to support implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting and continuous improvement across operations.

Required a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing with analytical and material-flow expertise; familiarity with automation implementation; strong problem-solving, communication, organization and collaboration skills.
