Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CAD tools and change-management processes.
• Ability to document SOP/SOS/DI and support ECN updates.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of value stream maps to identify waste.
• Assist with plant, line, and workstation layout design and material flow.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen events, and waste identification.
• Support cost-reduction and productivity initiatives with data collection.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation (SOP/SOS/DI).
• Assist with ECN updates and change management.
• Support time studies and takt-time concepts to strengthen analytics.
