Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and quality.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using Lean tools (5S, time studies, line balancing, VSM).
• Create/maintain SAP BOMs and routings; manage production data.
• Coordinate engineering changes in SAP; ensure cross‑department communication.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to introduce new products/processes locally.
• Investigate production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop ISO 9001 quality process documentation and production standards.
• Analyze manufacturing data to support planning and material control.
• Propose plant layout and equipment improvements for efficiency.
