Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, time studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate production issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including BOMs, routings, engineering changes, and production data management
• Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about driving change, improving processes, and making a measurable impact on operations

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using Lean tools such as 5S, time studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping.
• Create and maintain SAP Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, KMATs, and production data.
• Coordinate and implement engineering changes through SAP while ensuring smooth communication across departments.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to introduce new products and processes into local production.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality process documentation and production standards.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain manufacturing data to support planning, material control, and operational decision‑making.
• Recommend and implement plant layout, workflow, and equipment improvements to support growth and efficiency.
• Support production by designing, sourcing, and implementing tooling, fixtures, and assembly equipment solutions.
