  • Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality process documentation and production standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain manufacturing data to support planning, material control, and operational decision‑making.
  • Recommend and implement plant layout, workflow, and equipment improvements to support growth and efficiency.
  • Support production by designing, sourcing, and implementing tooling, fixtures, and assembly equipment solutions.
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, time studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including BOMs, routings, engineering changes, and production data management.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and global stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic about driving change, improving processes, and making a measurable impact on operations.
