Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering is desirable.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred; process engineering background valued.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CAD experience and ERP familiarity are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations plans, line rationalization, CAPEX, and manpower projections.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and compare in-house vs vendor costs.
• Perform competitive analysis by reverse engineering products and estimating costs.
• Conduct gap analysis and drive cost reduction and process improvements.
• Support second sourcing and geo-diversity in supply chain; assess manufacturing impacts.
• Quantify process implications of stamping, plating, molding, assembly, and automation.
