Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to join our Product Management team in Nashua, NH. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and drive product success.

The candidate will support product management, prepare presentations, and contribute to marketing materials while collaborating with sales, engineering, and production. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years providing product marketing and sales technical support to drive commercial wins.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to lead in dynamic environments; technical aptitude including ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global and multicultural teams in marketing, engineering, quality, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales team to support new commercial opportunities, participate in customer engagements, gather technical/product requirements and drive internal resources.
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations as necessary.
• Support RFQs, RFPs; aid in development of pricing strategy that achieves target profit margins at all stages of the product life cycle.
• Lead product sampling process for customers including managing and communication of schedules to customers.
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Amphenol products.
• Develop marketing materials including product datasheets, press releases, and other online or printed marketing collateral.
• Develop sales and marketing tools, providing technical assistance to customers and sales team.
• Data analysis of product sales including tracking of revenue/margin by product/part number/region/customer.
• Job-related travel up to 10%.
