Qualifications

• Experience in automotive assembly process as an Industrial Engineer desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop production processes and other production related systems to improve efficiency and quality of production.
• Develop standard work and line balancing to improve efficiency; manage allocation studies and simulate the process before finalization.
• Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct motion and time studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement including utilization, quality, safety, and cost.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies with ROI justification for changes.
• Collaborate with engineers and departments to implement process improvements.
• Develop training materials on LEAN concepts and procedures and train team members.
