Qualifications

• 1 to 3 Years Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Experiences
• 1 to 3 Years General Assembly Launch Experiences
• Good Understanding of Operators Workstation Designs
• Good Understanding of Man Assignments
• Good Understanding of EST (Engineering Standard Time)
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications
• Be able to work with people at different levels and different functions
• Self Motivated

Responsibilities

• Designs workstations that are operator-friendly for efficient production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new programs vertically.
• Understand production systems and perform line balancing with WPI.
• Design, layout, and optimize General Assembly workstations for new programs.
• Coordinate with the WPI team to deliver a successful vertical launch and provide training.
