Quest Global is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing improvements in Windsor Locks, CT. The role focuses on cycle time analysis, line balancing, and standard work documentation to optimize production flows.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 1–3 years of experience, strong data analysis skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits is provided.

What You Will Do:

• Performs cycle time and takt time analysis
• Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing
• Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
• Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel

Pay Range:

$55,000 to $70,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
