Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing Inc. in Texas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

You will analyze capacity, improve layouts, and develop standards to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental goals. Responsibilities include establishing routings, applying lean methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with immediate team members and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project work internally within the department and externally with other departments to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Establish continuous improvement goals and execute action plans.
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Job description

The Industrial Engineer plans the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve the efficiency of warehouse, manufacturing, and\/or logistics operations. This role supports equipment, parts, and supply operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and environmental goals.

Position Responsibilities

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse design, or process improvement.

Education/Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field required.
