Quest Global is seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyze cycle and takt times, conduct motion/time studies, and plan operations for efficient manufacturing and routings. The role focuses on material flow, layout design, and capacity planning to improve productivity and reduce costs.

The on-site position in Windsor Locks, CT requires a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field with 1–3 years of experience and strong data analysis plus advanced Excel skills, supporting a comprehensive

• Performs cycle time and takt time analysis
• Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing
• Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
• Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control

What You Will Bring

Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
