Job summary

ATI is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Cudahy, WI. This role partners with manufacturing, engineering, production planning, and finance to improve how products move through operations.

You will combine data analysis, manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on problem solving to evaluate performance, develop standards, and identify opportunities for cost and operational improvement. Expect exposure to multiple work centers and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of experience with manufacturing processes.
• Programming experience with C++, Visual Basic, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, production planning, and finance to evaluate throughput across equipment and work centers.
• Develop manufacturing standards and compare against production performance.
• Analyze production data and provide insights to improve processes and support cost estimates for new products.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve production, manufacturing, and process efficiency.
• Learn and utilize the ERP system to extract, organize, and analyze manufacturing data.
