Job summary

Homewerks Worldwide is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer/Project Manager to lead engineering, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement across our distribution centers. You will oversee acquisition integration, DC process improvements, and cost savings through WMS enhancements, while guiding a team on design, equipment, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering role within a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, WMS, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in engineering and project management, continuous improvement, and supervision.
• Lead acquisition integration and DC process improvements and cost savings via WMS changes.
• Optimize DC processes using WMS configuration and collaborate with IT to implement system enhancements.
• Drive technology adoption including conveyors, robotics, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; manage KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives, train staff, and maintain 5S and waste-reduction programs.
• Oversee facility design, slotting, space utilization, and equipment maintenance.
