Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Industrial Engineer to join our distribution network in Florida. Under general supervision, you will research, design, and develop methods to increase operational efficiency and optimize utilization of our distribution facilities.

You will review DC performance, develop tools for inventory slotting and labor planning, and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement software solutions that boost productivity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment (or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering).
• Experience with Labor Metrics Software and Engineered Standards.
• Proficient in developing and implementing tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to review and measure DC performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT personnel and external vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
