Job summary

BDA Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead site-level performance improvements in Plainfield, Indiana.

The role focuses on driving data-driven decisions through dashboards, forecasting, and standardized reporting across the facility. You will partner with operations and corporate teams to optimize labor standards, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate financial alignment with performance targets.

Qualifications

• BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems such as Manhattan SCALE, Oracle EBS, IBM Cognos (SCI), Exacta Sentinel, LMS, ADP.
• Demonstrated data analysis skills and ability to build automated reports and dashboards.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering in production, fulfillment, or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve site performance using dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Develop accurate department forecasts using historical data and financial modeling.
• Standardize and automate recurring reports and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with facility operations and corporate teams on reporting needs.
• Maintain labor standards and conduct time studies to drive productivity.
• Develop and maintain site process flow charts and process maps.
• Partner with leadership to align budgets and forecasts with performance.
