Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to design and optimize warehouse solutions across a national network, balancing safety, throughput, and cost. The role combines engineering, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities include process improvement, workflow roadmaps with operations leadership, KPI reporting with Excel/SQL/BI tools, and facility design using AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or production management systems.
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign warehouse solutions to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
• Create workflow plans and implementation roadmaps in collaboration with operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs using Excel, SQL and BI tools.
• Support analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Analyze productivity and staffing requirements through time studies and data.
• Partner with operations management, engineering, and customers to deliver engineered solutions.
