Job summary

Adidas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to identify and implement improvements across distribution centers, focusing on safety, cost per unit, quality, and throughput. You will develop labor standards, drive continuous improvement, and manage small to mid-scale projects while collaborating with IT, finance and operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years in a DC environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Manhattan WMS.

Qualifications

Broad background in Industrial Engineering technology and application.
Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills.
Lean six sigma Green or Black desirable.
Experience with AutoCAD and Manhattan WMS is desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements to processing, distribution, packaging, equipment, and methods of operations.
Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for distribution center roles.
Reduce operational costs by increasing productivity and quality.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve leadership decisions.
Lead end-to-end small to mid-scale projects.
Monitor project variables and maintain PMO and standards compliance.
Manage project budgets and monthly variances.
Collaborate with all management levels.
