RTX (Raytheon) in Coralville, IA is offering an internship/Co-op for Industrial Engineering students to support Receiving Inspection, Inventory, and Logistics teams. You will learn CORE principles and contribute to efficiency initiatives while gaining practical, hands-on experience.

Preferred candidates are pursuing a degree in IE/Manufacturing or related STEM with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and comfort presenting data to leadership. Eligibility for relocation is noted as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or STEM, enrolled through internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization to communicate metrics to cross-functional teams.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

What You Will Do

• Work with our 2 Industrial Engineers to support the Receiving Inspection, and Inventory teams to ensure equipment continues to operator as needed.
• Assist in improving the efficiency processes of the Logistics team.
• Learn the importance of CORE to the processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross‑functional teams or leadership.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Relocation eligibility

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
