RTX is offering an opportunity in Iowa for students pursuing an Industrial Engineering or related STEM degree. The role supports Receiving Inspection and Inventory to keep equipment operating and helps improve logistics efficiency.

You will learn CORE processes and gain practical experience through hands-on projects. This onsite position provides exposure to aerospace and defense operations, with relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related STEM major and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization to communicate metrics to cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Work with our 2 Industrial Engineers to support the Receiving Inspection, and Inventory teams to ensure equipment continues to operator as needed.
• Assist in improving the efficiency processes of the Logistics team.
• Learn the importance of CORE to the processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross‑functional teams or leadership.

Experience may be obtained through on-the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

• Relocation eligibility

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
