ACL Digital is seeking an entry-level or associate Industrial Engineer / Methods Process Analyst to focus on production stability and continuous improvement across aerospace manufacturing sites in Washington State.

You will analyze build processes, document time standards, eliminate non-value-added work, and apply Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, cost, and flow, while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to walk, climb stairs, and crouch while conducting shop-floor observations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze daily build schedules, process sequencing, and resource utilization on the production floor.
  • Identify quality defect trends using root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop disruption recovery plans and capacity models to maintain production baselines.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing practices to eliminate ergonomic risks and non-value-added steps.
