Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks an Industrial Engineer to define and implement production processes for aerospace hardware. You will perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and method improvements to optimize workflow, reduce cycle times, and enhance throughput across assembly lines.

You will schedule job plans, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply teams to ensure on-time delivery and defect-free products.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; SAP or TeamCenter experience preferred.
