Responsibilities

• Own production manufacturing in production including process changes, technology platforms, product developments, and new product launches.
• Support daily business through reviewing technically special products, manufacturability, and direct production support.
• Prepare and maintain data records for cycles, routings, and BOM.
• Deliver continuous improvements via capital investments, efficiency gains and waste reduction.
• Establish and maintain operating policies, procedures, and practices for the manufacturing area.
• Maintain global engineering change databases for material and production changes.
• Develop and maintain ISO procedures and documents applicable to the position.
• Support and develop production training guides for production processes.
