Switchgear Power Systems in Wisconsin seeks an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production flow, layouts, and tooling. You will coordinate cross-department activities to streamline cycles and improve efficiency across the manufacturing process.
The role covers standard development, root-cause analysis, and technical support for the production team. A bachelor’s in industrial engineering or equivalent experience is preferred, with lean/MRP/ERP familiarity and CAD experience.
This position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process flow and optimizing the production cycle.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relevant equivalent work experience is required. At least 2-5 years of industrial engineering work experience in a production/manufacturing environment or relevant equivalent experience (preferred). Lean manufacturing, MRP, and ERP experience, as well as computer modeling experience (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is preferred.
