Qualifications

• Experience in time studies and facility layout optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to eliminate inefficiencies and increase throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Build SOPs and work instructions via time studies and capacity analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain while training staff.
• Monitor OEE, cycle times, labor efficiency, and scrap to support cost-benefit decisions.
• Assess equipment utilization and recommend automation to improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Improve: Evaluate production and manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies, increase throughput, and boost profitability.
• Design & Implement: Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to optimize workflows and facility layouts.
• Measure & Standardize: Conduct time studies, work measurements, and capacity analyses to build standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate & Train: Partner with cross-functional teams in operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain while training staff on updated continuous improvement practices.
• Track & Report: Monitor core performance metrics?including OEE, cycle times, labor efficiency, and scrap reduction?to perform cost-benefit analyses for plant leadership.
• Automate & Optimize: Assess equipment utilization and recommend modern automation solutions to maximize overall equipment effectiveness.

Working hours

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Standard Schedule: Enjoy a consistent daytime shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Skills

• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Software Systems: Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and database querying (SQL).
• Design & Simulation: Proficiency with AutoCAD, facility layout software, or simulation modeling tools (Arena, Simio, FlexSim).
• Advanced Analytics: Familiarity with statistical software programs such as Minitab or visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
