  • Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement by evaluating and enhancing manufacturing operations through the application of lean principles and industry best practices. Focus on optimizing production flow, equipment usage, and personnel efficiency.
Capacity Planning
  • Assess current production capacities and work with management to propose adjustments, equipment upgrades, or layout changes that accommodate future growth and demand fluctuations.
Collaboration and Design Integration
  • Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to ensure new product designs are manufacturable with optimized production layouts and minimal disruption to existing operations. Ensure cost‑effectiveness and manufacturability throughout the design process.
  • Identify and analyze issues related to production inefficiencies, work with cross‑functional teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor and improve equipment layout, ensuring maximum utilization and efficiency. Lead the planning and integration of new equipment, focusing on improving flow and minimizing downtime.
Documentation and Standards Development
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to process flows, layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other necessary guidelines to standardize operations.
Cost Reduction and Efficiency
