Barnes & Noble, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for our distribution center in the Reno area. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations, slotting, data analysis, and labor planning to drive efficiency and cost savings.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Industrial Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of DC experience, with strong analytical and project management skills. Relevant software proficiency in SQL and AutoCAD is preferred.

• A BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Distribution Centers is required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and experience with large data sets is essential.
